Please read these terms carefully before using MediFlow. They govern your use of the platform and our mutual responsibilities.

By accessing or using MediFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
MediFlow is intended for licensed pharmacies and pharmaceutical distributors operating in India. You must have a valid drug license and GSTIN to use the platform for commercial transactions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at support@mediflow.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to use MediFlow to process fraudulent transactions, generate false invoices, or violate any applicable pharmaceutical or tax laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation.
MediFlow assists with GST invoice generation and GSTR filing preparation. However, you remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your filings and compliance with GST regulations. MediFlow is a tool, not a licensed CA or tax advisor.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided only within 7 days of first purchase.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into MediFlow, including inventory records, invoices, and customer data. We do not claim any rights over your business data.
MediFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
